Want to do meaningful quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand the behaviors and attitudes of users and inform the future of Oracle NetSuite's customer experience? Oracle NetSuite's Experience Design team is doing just that, and we are excited to have more people join.

At Oracle NetSuite, we’re rebooting what design is for our entire company, creating a design-led and data-driven culture that will put users and their needs at the center of our product development process, and transform the way our customers work on a global scale.

We’re looking for a curious, customer-centric and analytically minded data analyst to help us identify and evaluate opportunities that connect, empower and delight our users. You will manage data sources and provide insights and suggestions based on analysis of trends and themes as part of the user experience research team.

The Experience Design is a team of researchers and designers who work with product managers, content designers and developers to put the customer experience first. We are looking for curious and collaborative people that are passionate to work together and make work simpler and streamlined for all of our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report, analyze and communicate quantitative results from Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, product data, user behavior/click paths and other data focused on our customers' experience
  • Work with stakeholders to answer questions within the data and proactively discover insights (trends, anomalies, etc.)
  • Work with data instrumentation and path analysis for user behavior analytics in support of product design
  • Read, summarize and bucket sets of qualitative data (open-ended text) from Voice of Customer program in order to identify key themes and communicate those to colleagues
  • Create clear and compelling reports from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in product management, UX design and UX research
  • Educate stakeholders and colleagues on best practices and use of data to make decisions
  • Follow industry best practices in terms of privacy, security, data management and other business processes
  • Use data-driven insights and storytelling to inspire the organization to listen, understand and act on customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of data analytics and statistics
  • Knowledge and comfort working with large data sets
  • Have tolerance for ambiguity, understanding that some answers may come from a combination of quant and qual data
  • Strong interest and ability to collaborate with colleagues around the world via email, Slack, Zoom and other remote networking tools
  • Ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Experience and success using data to tell a story, including the ability to draw and synthesize insights from the data
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in R or Python
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice to Have:
  • SQL and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build dashboards
  • Familiar with one or some of Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar software
  • Familiar with one or some of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Medallia, Pendo or similar software or practices
  • Help create and add to existing taxonomies to make sense of qualitative data
  • Natural-language processing experience
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite's areas of focus on ERP, including, but not limited to, accounting, supply chain, HR and/or other areas
