Senior User Experience Manager & Project Lead
This position is part of the Global eCommerce User Experience (UX) Team. We are currently seeking a Senior User Experience Project Lead experienced in delivering an outstanding eCommerce experience. This person will be responsible for driving UX projects to improve the online customer experience for Lenovo.com globally. The project lead will manage the identification, conception, definition, design, testing and implementation of UX projects with the goal of improving the customer experience, online engagement and purchase conversion. This role will also lead the UX team in a senior role as manager and mentor sharing knowledge/guidance and helping define the User Experience Strategic Roadmap.
Job responsibilities
Project Lead/Management:
- Identify and define user experience improvements leveraging input from customer feedback, onsite analytics, geography/business stakeholders and executives
- Create a prioritized roadmap of user experience projects based on business value and contribution to customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead the UX engagement in projects from cross functional teams
Management Responsibilities
- Manage team members' deliverables and provide support for other team projects
- Prioritize employee workload and break down barriers preventing employees from completing projects on-time
- Provide strategic inputs for team organization and structure
