Our growing design team is searching for a UX Designer who tirelessly advocates for users and validates solutions through test/iteration cycles. Do you have what it takes to join us?


Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create user-centered experiences in a fast-paced, iterative environment by:

- Conducting user research

- Distilling learnings and business requirements into design artifacts

- Leading internal sketching sessions to surface ideas with cross-disciplinary project team members

- Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes

- Organizing and conducting user testing efforts

- Writing microcopy

- Documenting standards and creating reusable UX pattern libraries

- Clearly communicating design decisions and building consensus through persuasive conversation and deliverables

- Continually iterating on projects to incorporate new features and enhancements

- Keeping up with the latest methods, tools and trends in usability and patterns

- Proactively bringing new ideas to project teams and clients that go beyond the screen (think AI and ZeroUI)


- Collaborative nature and genuine desire to do great work

- Inclined to provide solutions rather than focus on limitations

- Impressive portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered approach and a focus on project outcome

- Experience with wireframe / prototype tools (Axure or similar)

- Experience working hand-in-hand with visual designers and developers

- Understanding of complex design systems that span multiple platforms

- Experience thriving on Agile teams

- Ability to travel to visit out of state clients

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Information Science, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, a similar emphasis, or equivalent professional experience


- Facilitation skills, including the ability to read a room, keep people on task, and quickly process information

- Demonstrated experience planning, conducting, and summarizing usability tests using an assortment of testing methods

- Experience working as part of team dedicated to continually improving projects over time

- Strong writing abilities

- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3

- Experience working within established brands guidelines
