“We are not our users” is a phrase that product teams are shouting from the rooftops. And for good reason: understanding that users are complex and different is a critical piece of creating successful digital experiences.
But are there additional perspectives that should be considered? What does perspective even mean? Is it valuable? Allaire and Steve: two presenters with largely varied backgrounds will discuss a series of topics from their unique perspectives to highlight the value and utility of perspective.
