The Red Hat User Experience Design (UXD) team is looking for a UX Designer to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will participate in all aspects of designing the user experience from design thinking workshops to creating design deliverables and validating designs with stakeholders. The UXD team helps make Red Hat products easy and enjoyable for all users. Our global team of researchers, designers, and developers work together to bridge the technical to the human world with intuitive and approachable product experiences. While each of us has unique skills and talents, we all agree that the best ideas come from diverse minds and fresh perspectives. Whether we’re collaboratively supporting Red Hat’s product portfolio, exchanging ideas in upstream communities, or crunching code for PatternFly, Red Hat’s open source design system, our focus on teamwork, empathy, and transparency play a key role in building products our users love. As a UX Designer, you’ll need to be able to work on a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver excellent software experiences for Red Hat.
