    About the Role
     

    As a Senior UX Designer I, you will shape and implement product design strategy for optimal user experience. You'll focus on understanding customer needs, creative problem-solving, and data-driven analysis. Additionally, you'll leverage technical skills to drive innovation.
     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with research to understand customer needs and impact on satisfaction.
    • Analyzing market trends and industry activities to inform design decisions.
    • Generating Creative Ideas by proposing innovative solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Crafting user-centric experiences through the definition of user experience concepts, collaboration with UX Researchers, and meticulous execution of usability testing.
    • Utilizing data to establish key metrics, exploring analytics for insights, and iterating research methods based on testing and analysis.
    • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the tech stack, designing for different platforms, and utilizing design software effectively.
    • Identifying, analyzing problems, and proposing innovative solutions.
    • Communicating effectively, fostering collaboration, and building positive relationships within and across teams.


    Requirements

    • Have a deep understanding of customer-centric design principles.
    • Be able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Possess proficiency in design software such as Axure, Sketch, and Invision.
    • Be capable of effectively analyzing market trends and user data.
    • Have a good understanding of the organization's tech stack and platforms.
    • Seek feedback and continuously improve personal capabilities.
    • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
    • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration within teams.

    The Delivery Lead is responsible for guiding and managing the product development process of a team. It’s an absolutely critical role.

    DLs live at the intersection of user needs and business objectives—they work closely with designers, developers, and clients to find innovative solutions that balance the concerns of both. They are passionate about helping clients define and meet their vision for a product and keeping project teams happy and productive. Atomic’s product development approach is focused on predictability and quality. DLs are able to operate confidently using both quantitative metrics and the qualitative expertise of their teammates.
