Each module teaches a practical modeling or mapping technique.
50/50 blend of lecture and hands-on activity.
All lectures and discussions are facilitated by Dan Klyn, whose perspectives are grounded in 23 years of IA practice and 15 years of teaching in the graduate school at the University of Michigan School of Information.
Most options include at least 30 minutes of 3:1 coaching time with Klyn.
1-hour 1:1 coaching sessions with Klyn are also available.
