Description

Promoting ourselves, our accomplishments and our skills in our organizations and to the wider design community feels like bragging to most designers. But to lead in our organizations and teams, we need to change the way people think of us - we want to be seen as more than UI designers; that we can contribute to the direction of our products, teams and organisations.

But how can we do this without feeling as if we are boasting?

We need to Position ourselves in an authentic way. In this facilitated session, Mags Hanley will take us through her positioning model; what we have Done, how we are Seen, to be Known as an expert.
