Description
Maybe you’ve been a UX professional for a long time or maybe you’re relatively new to the field. Either way, you may feel that your work is not quite as meaningful as you would like.
In this workshop, we explore how you can seek out and identify more meaning in your UX career. We’ll cover practical ways you can make a difference with your product's users, find more fulfillment at your job, and contribute back to the wider community.
We’ll examine a framework to design for good and talk about how to approach your work to do no harm. And we’ll also cover how to tell if you’re alignment truly isn’t going to work and if so, what to do next.
