    As a Senior UX Designer at CureMint, you’ll work alongside engineers, product managers and other designers to conceptualize, design, and launch engaging product experiences.     In a typical week, a Senior UX Designer might:

    • Lead a discovery call with a large customer to map out their complex internal workflows and identify pain points

    • Design a set of screens for a new product feature, seek feedback from your cross-functional Mission Team, and iterate as needed

    • Facilitate a cross-functional solution design workshop to surface potential solutions to complex user problems and use cases

    • Collaborate with Engineering to address design-related bugs that were caught in a recent round of testing

    • Work with design peers to update components in our design system

    • Present a strategic design plan to the Leadership team that outlines our design initiatives for the next quarter

    What You Will Do:

    • Design high-quality, thoughtful interfaces that balance aesthetics and usability

    • Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, workshops, and design presentations

    • Use creative user research methods and available data to inform design decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of those designs

    • Continuously iterate designs to stay aligned with current product and customer goals

    • Present designs to internal stakeholders at all levels and lead product review discussions

    • Work with our Product and Engineering teams to implement designs, ensure visual quality and consistency, and address issues

    • Set a clear design direction for the existing product and future roadmap

    • Mentor colleagues on design principles, current trends, and creative knowledge

    • Develop, implement and maintain a unified design system

    • Push for and create inclusive, accessible design for all

    What You Bring To The Team:

    • 5+ years of experience designing, building and shipping SaaS products

    • A strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and advanced design principles

    • Experience leading user research and collaborative design sessions

    • Experience working in fast paced, high growth environments

    • A generalist skill set and keen interest to hop between user research, ux and visual design as needed

    • Expertise with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.

    • A degree, certification, or equivalent work experience showing aptitude with UX Design

    • A portfolio that demonstrates your design experience, breadth and ambitions

    Crossrope is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing features for our Android and iOS app and finding ways to optimize touch points throughout the user experience. We aim to deliver an incredible mobile app experience for our global customer base and to have one of the best fitness apps in the world, and you will be a key player in making that happen. You’ll collaborate with developers to improve our app design, while also partnering with our marketing team to contribute inputs and designs to marketing collateral, such as our website and email campaigns.

    To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating both a beautiful, engaging design and an effective, seamless user experience.

    This is the first Product Designer on our team, so you have the opportunity to take ownership and initiative immediately. With the support of the development team, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running and build our UI/UX processes.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high quality design content for our native mobile app
    • Develop effective user flows, visual designs, and mockups

    Essential Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of professional product design experience
    • Degree or certification in Design, or related field
    • Experience creating usable and well-designed apps, preferably native mobile apps
    • Strong foundation in user experience and user interface design
    • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or other design and prototyping tools
    • Ability to move quickly and adapt to changing needs
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excitement about collaborating with developers, product managers, marketers, and other key stakeholders
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

    Senior UI/UX Designer

You will partner closely with both product and design to test concepts and understand use cases, pain points, and unmet needs. Your work will inform product decisions and design iterations. Ability to work independently in a fast-moving organization is a must.

    Key criteria for this role

    • Empathetic with a genuinely collaborative attitude. You love working closely with cross-functional teams—Product Designers, Product Managers, Data Science and Engineering—to identify and prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience selecting and applying a variety of research methods to explore a problem space and/or evaluate hypotheses.
